Julie started her career in the Interior Design field in 2004. A few years later she pursued her dreams of becoming an Independent Designer and opened JY Design in 2009. Her passion is problem solving and crafting great design that matches up with the sensibility of the client's design style. 

Julie has a knowledgeable background in commercial and residential lighting, a great eye for detail, and knows just how to add the perfect touch to any space. Julie's innovative mind can help you reach all of your goals and help your vision come to life. 

Erin began her interior design career in 1998. Her journey started managing Iowa's first Trade Only design showroom, setting the stage for her passion for full-service design. In 2009, Erin and her family relocated to Columbus, Ohio, where she grew her design practice independently. In 2017, she was honored as the area's top designer.

After 11 years, Erin and her family returned to Iowa to be closer to loved ones. As a seasoned designer, Erin excels in managing projects with a keen focus on client goals, budget, and clear communication.

Erin specializes in kitchen and bath design, bringing a fresh, authentic, and timeless approach to her work. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the design process, enhancing their vision, and creating homes that reflect their unique aesthetic and personal story.
