A one-time consultation to address any variety of design topics. This may lead to further design packages that will require gathering measurements and photos
This package includes space plans, inspiration boards, product selections, color concepts, and budgets to achieve a proposed design for each space. Additional spaces must be added within 30 days of the initial design plan.
We are now offering a 5-year Warranty VIP Total Care Protection Plan. This applies to any order that includes upholstery or wood furniture. Inquire with your designer for more info!
Each room will be billed hourly for in-home accessorizing and staging. Time will be tracked for local shopping hours and set up. A budget will be established prior to gathering décor and other items. Items are final sale
New build construction & remodel finishes and fixtures. Minimum 3 Hours
Deposit is applied to hourly design consultation services for surface selections. Balance of hours will be billed on the 20th of each Month.
Up to 90 Minutes of time to choose interior or exterior paint color.
Delivery and installation of products such as small end tables, lamps, rugs, and accessories by your designer. (Professional delivery services billed separately)
At your service for 4-6 hours of time, one scheduled visit.
Includes a visit to the home to consult on layout, your needs, & gather measurements. 3D Renderings are provided. This includes 2 set of revisions.

This fee is applied for appointments located outside of a 20-mile radius from the JY Design office. If the destination is outside of a 50-mile radius, travel time will be quoted accordingly.
